Reasons to love it – and reasons not to
The staff was incredibly accommodating during my late check-in, making my family and me feel valued! The lovely bay view from our balcony was a fantastic perk! !
Unfortunately, the WiFi was unreliable, and a rude bartender provided a less than ideal experience. Dining options nearby were quite limited, requiring some walking for decent choices.

Comfortable beds and decent location.
My stay was a nightmare from the outset. The room leaked water from the ceiling, and when I requested a room change, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. To make matters worse, I was charged for two nights despite checking out early. I lost $511.00 due to their incompetence and lack of customer service. I do not recommend this hotel.

good room but disappointing amenities
The room was nice, with a great view and comfortable beds. The decor in shared spaces felt inviting, making it easier to relax after a long day. I also enjoyed that the pool area was well-maintained, perfect for unwinding on warmer days. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to access the beach and nearby shops.
For the price we paid, essential amenities like wifi and hot water should've functioned properly.

The hotel was clean and the beds gave me the best sleep ever! Plus, the views were colorful and fun, especially at night. The location made it easy to hit up all the local hotspots in a jiffy!
But boy, the restaurant service was slower than watching paint dry! And can we talk about the menu? It was like a bad 80s rock song—loud and a bit all over the place.

Stunning, stunning, stunning.
The picturesque views from my Deluxe Queen Room were to die for, with a sparkling bay right outside my balcony! I loved unwinding poolside after a long day of exploring, especially with the jacuzzi nearby to kick back in. Plus, the staff made everything feel seamless, treating us like family and sharing the best local spots to eat!

It was a great match for a quick stop in San Juan with good value considering the price it charged. The breakfast staff was helpful when we confused the hot and cold food options and made sure we got what we needed. Just double-check meal options to avoid extra charges.
